Privacy Policy.

Flagship Web is a division of Digital One Agency (ABN 82 307 630 720) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect on flagshipweb.com.au, why, who we share it with, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Effective 31 July 2026.

01What we collect

Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, business name, and anything you include in an enquiry, a quote request from the instant-quote engine, or a Launchpad Sprint booking.
Project information — the platform, size and options you tick in the quote engine, and what you tell us about your website, store or web app, so we can respond usefully.
Usage data — pages visited, quote-engine selections, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected via the analytics and advertising tools in section 03.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (health, financial account details, government identifiers) through this website, and we ask you not to submit it through our forms.

02Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry — our stated goal is a reply within one business hour, Sydney time.
To prepare your written quote and its private quote page, and any proposals or Launchpad Sprint deliverables that follow.
To improve this website and measure which pages and advertising actually help people.
To show you relevant advertising and measure it (section 03) — never to sell your data. We do not sell personal information. Ever.

No mailing lists: your quote details go to the team who will build your project — one senior engineer in Sydney replies. Submitting the quote form does not add you to a newsletter, drip sequence or marketing database.

03Analytics, cookies & advertising tools

This site uses cookies and similar technologies via:

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if you arrive from or later see our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may match your visit to your Meta account to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences (including custom and lookalike audiences). The events we send are page views, use of the quote engine, and submission of an enquiry or quote request. We do not send Meta your name, email, phone number or any other contact detail, and we do not currently use Meta's server-side Conversions API. If that changes, this page changes first.
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — aggregate measurement of pages visited, traffic sources and events such as quote-engine use and enquiry submission, so we can see what on this site actually helps people. IP addresses are not logged or stored by GA4; we do not use Google's advertising features to build remarketing audiences from this data.

We and third parties including Meta may use pixels, web beacons and similar storage technologies to collect information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and those third parties use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

Your controls: block or delete cookies in your browser; opt out of Meta ad targeting at facebook.com/adpreferences; install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; or opt out of interest-based advertising across participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com. The site works fine with cookies declined — the quote engine runs entirely in your browser, and you can see your whole price without giving us anything.

04Your quote page

When you ask for your quote in writing, we generate a quote page at a private, unguessable permanent link. It is not listed, not indexed, and only reachable by someone who has the link — so you can forward it to a business partner or your board, and anyone you forward it to can see it. Treat the link like the document it is. If you want a quote page taken down, email us and we'll remove it.

05Who we share it with

Service providers — website hosting, email, CRM and appointment scheduling providers, under contractual confidentiality.
Meta and Google — as described in section 03.
Our parent — Digital One Agency, of which Flagship Web is a division (same legal entity).
No one else — unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

Overseas disclosure: some providers (including Meta and Google) store data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information leaves Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

06Storage & security

Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems. We keep enquiry, quote and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations (typically 7 years for commercial records), then delete them. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational steps and will notify you and the OAIC of any eligible data breach as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

07Your rights

Access & correction — ask us any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it.
Deletion — ask us to delete your information (including a quote page); we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe; enquiry and quote replies are not marketing.

08Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, email hello@flagshipweb.com.au with "Privacy complaint" in the subject. If our response doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner — oaic.gov.au · 1300 363 992.

09Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page.
